A Room with a View

The story of the Turin Alpine Club’s Gabriele Boccalatte and Mario Piolti mountain hut, one of the first huts constructed on the Italian slopes of Monte Bianco, at 2803 metres of elevation. Franco Perlotto, an Italian mountaineer and writer talks about his reopening of this historic waypoint.
